Earthquake in Albania Kills at Least 18 People
TIRANA, Albania—An earthquake killed at least 18 people in this Balkan country and sparked complaints from opposition parties that the government was refusing to declare a state of emergency.
The 6.4-magnitude quake violently shook cement towers in the capital Tirana at around 4 a.m. on Tuesday.
